Stay Focused

Put all goals on a piece of paper or a posterboard.  As you meet your goals, mark them off.  Keep your written goals where you and your family can see them at all times.

Keep your mind on what your goals are.  You may lose focus, but when you see your golas written down, you will be able to turn your attention back to where you are going-both personally and professionally.

I make a fresh list of To Dos every night before I go to sleep. I think of them as mini steps to move me toward achieving my ultimate goal. As a bi-product, I sleep a lot better at night because I don't need to worry about what to do the next day.

That is an excellent thing.  I believe that I will start doing that.  I write out my goals and other such lofty ideas as that, but never really thought about writing down my to do list.  Except, I do carry an organizer which lists certain things.  I believe that I will write out a schedule for myself and my daughter.  That will be a little more structured for us both.  Thanks!!
